Fantastic check in, all the staff were very friendly! the beds were extremely comfy and we had a little fridge for our snacks. The pools were great to relax in after the road trip and the sunset was amazing! We also booked dinner at the Hilton which was super yummy! It was such a great trip, and only a 3 min walk into town

Nice and quiet and next to a small water park with hot mineral pools. Just a short 5 minutes drive to the Main Street with cafes, restaurants etc. very helpful staff members.

It had a comfy bed, spacious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The washing and drying equipment were very useful. The lounge was comfy and warm. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful . The complex is in walking distance of the nearby town. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. The swimming pool and tennis courts are a bonus. Numbered parking spaces are a good idea.

What we loved most was the staff: great attitude of everyone especially the host at the bar and breakfast. Fantastic chat and lovely team. Of course the highlight of this place is the hot swimming pool and hot tub which are open until 10pm, so even after a long day and swim in the cold lake taupo, great chance to warm up. Highly recommend!!!

You can't expect to see a modern five star resort for this price. It is located in a beautiful, very quiet area, the room is spacious and has everything you need. The sliding doors to the bedroom and bathroom did not work. Also directly across from the dump waste for mobile homes which was NOT nice. I do not think I could recommend this accomodation for the cost of it.MarieYoung couple
