Located adjacent to Lake Te Anau, Tasman Holiday Parks - Te Anau offers a children’s playground, a hot tub and BBQ facilities. All accommodation features a flat-screen TV. This place combines a camp site with some buildings with hotel rooms. We stayed in a queen studio which was very clean and comfortable. There were some shared facilities like kitchen and laundry which we found very useful. Walking distance from the lake (less than 3 minutes) and shops and restaurants (5-10 minutes). Bonus points for a cat that walked around the camp site sometimes and even paid us a short visit in our room.

The manager was very helpful and let me park my rental car right beside the cabin. Which was great because each day I went out I had to load up and then unpack the car with equipment.

The huts were comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The shared kitchen and bathroom was tidy and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would both return in a heartbeat! Great launching pad to go and check out hikes in the surrounding area.

Tui Base Camp asub Tuataperes ning kohapeal on baar ja ühine puhkeruum. Kohapeal on ühisköök ja laste mänguväljak. Staff where amazing, the locals were good value too. I can't fault the place. It's great. 😃
