Les Villas D'or
Baie Sainte Anne
Situated along Cote D'Or Beach, Les Villas D’or features an outdoor swimming pool and self-catering villas with Indian Ocean views. Each villa also has a terrace with BBQ facilities.
The villas all come with an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Satellite TV can be found in the lounge. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer.
We stayed at Les Villas D’or for 8 nights in sept. 2022 and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay on Praslin. The first welcoming by Pierre was thoughtful. The villas at Les Villas D’or contain a perfect size bedroom with comfortable bed, bathroom and a separate living room that give you a real sense of ‘home’. The villas are fully equipped and there was nothing we missed really. The porch of the villas was were we spend most hours, since this was a perfect place to enjoy the well maintained garden. And if you’re lucky one of the gardeners will hand you a fresh coconut to drink.
But! The main reason to visit Les Villas D’or is the staff. Pierre, who is managing Les Villas D’or, embodies hospitality and is more then willing to help you out with whatever question you might have. And outside of Pierre all staff was remarkably kind. Everybody says hello and is keen to have a quick chat, although they might be in the middle of cleaning, gardening or some other task. These people all make you feel very relaxt and welcome while staying at Les Villas D’or.
Les Villas D’or is also nicely situated at the beach and near the start of the local village. You can walk there both via the beach as well as via the main road.
If you want to discover all of Praslin, I would recommend hiring a car. Busses run frequently (and are extremely cheap), but nothing beats the freedom of having your own car.
And before I forget! When Pierre calls you to offer a home made dinner (made by his wife) to be served at your villa, please say ‘yes’. This was some of the best food we had in Seychelles and definitely worth a try! And for the price . . . you’ll be asked to pay whatever you think it was worth.

Location of the property was good… it was very close to Anse lazio beach and various super markets. Since this was a self catering 1 bhk bungalow had a beautiful garden and all amenities like fridge, cookware, cutlery, washing machine etc. the staff was good and helpful.

The place is like within 5-10 minutes walking from the Jetty. This makes it convenient to walk with your luggage if you need to. Rooms were spacious, there is a swimming pool, staff was helpful.

Very nice view to the sea in the terrace, can enjoy even if raining! Two bedrooms with two bathrooms made it very convenient to stay with family. Nature very nice, also saw black parrots in the property. Small shop very nearby. Beach ca 300 m downhill, we also used rental car and Anse Lazio beach which was a short drive. Fast internet. We also used swimming pool. Hosts Ronnie and Mirella took good care of our family during stay. They also helped to organize boat trip to Curieuse island, which was best day-trip during travel.

Everything was great, we found everything we needed on site. A big advantage is the swimming pool where you can relax after a stay on the beach, as well as a billiard table and table football, which are a nice option to spend an active evening. The owner was nice, helpful and discreet - we felt as if we were alone, but he responded very quickly after contacting us by phone. The store is right next door, so you can buy all the necessary things without having to go to town.

Amazing host which helps with everything you ask. The location is nice with a 5 minutes walk to the village and less then a minut for the beach. Swimming pool attached to the cabin is a big plus.

Owner was very kind and made our stay as nice as possible. Beach is directly across the street. We had an own bungalow, quite peaceful with room service. There were turtles in the yard and many nice flowers. Very close by there is a small market and restaurant. Environment is really nice.
