The property is in great location, everything is near nd Main thing Is host RACHEL Is very Nice, polite lady, she allowed us to check in late night around 12:10am nd i would reccomed everyone to stay here if anyone is planning to get appartment for rent. it was fantastic time over there.

I was looking for an affordable, quiet place to stay at for a day of sightseeing while on my way to Quebec City for a business conference. All was as advertised. Carlo's welcome snacks & drinks were a nice bonus to his initial directions on reaching the place and later suggestions of where to go, to make the most of my day.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Arrival/entering the room worked without any problems. I could also leave my luggage there the next day. The closest metro stop is just a two minute walk away, so you will still get anywhere quickly!

The absolute best value for money in Montreal. The flat is super clean and well located. I felt at home right from the beginning. Communication with the host Fernando was always fast and friendly. Check-in procedure was very smooth. Comfortable beds and pillows. Fantastic option!
