Longji terrace Lavie hotel has great location and the views are amazing. employees are super friendly. the airconditioned rooms are large with balcony, the food is excellent and affordable (menucard has western and chinese and local food), kids like dumplings and french fries. all the other food was delicious. it is easy to walk to viewpoint westhill and also thousand layer terraces. we also went hiking to pingan. we found the houses in Dazhai much cleaner an comfortable than in pingan. the hiking is nice to to. our kids were 12 and 10. we walked 5,5 hours/17km. If you arrive by car/taxi there are two main roads, new road or the road via large parking place dazhai. take new road to hotel, much quicker and comfortable. if you go to Longji, i advice Dazhai and especially the Lavie hotel in Dazhai.

Great hotel! Perfect location between two villages, close to the parking lot, comfortable rooms, friendly family - owners of the hotel. They do best they can to make our trip unforgettable. Local food, care and outstanding support is the value added to the room reservation in this hotel. In details: (1) Hotel location is more convenient, then most others, because just ~300 meters from the parking lot /bus stop; (2) easy to find Hotel, because it is exactly on the main road (3) there is awesome view from rooms with balcony (as we had🥳) (4) there is convenient path to main attraction in this area - Nine dragons and five tigers point view - MUST see (5) during the stay we been surrounded by Jason and his wonderful family - it’s really untypical personal touch. And i would like to highlight super delicious dishes from Jason’s mother in law😍 PS: several words about travelling there in december, as we did - weather is convenient for hiking, because no mud, no rain, and soft sunny. Another “gift” it is very very few tourists. Rare terraces with water, except which i mentioned above “must see” - we been surprised. And Christmas eve lightning show was amazing😍

The Staff is very friendly, they work as a family and the food they serve is very traditional Chinese food which we liked a lot. The bath tub on the terrace was a blast, kids and us enjoyed a lot relaxing in a warm water tub after a long trip.
