Quiet, aside from the occasional plane flying directly overhead - I think I noticed it 1 time. It’s super clean, and my host provided everything. She is fluent in Spanish and mostly with English and has been helping me tremendously with my Spanish as well.

Super close to the airport (15 - 20 min drive depending on traffic) with bank, restaurants and a shopping mall near by. A nice locals neighbourhood, we even went to the markt on foot.
