This was one of the best accommodations we ever had in England. An extravagant room and the house's own beautiful garden invited us to stay. Everything! Loved the decor - many antiques and gallery style art everywhere. The room was uber comfortable too and quiet. The owners were so accommodating - even offered to do our laundry and to make us dinner! The place is overall too drawer!

Our host made us feel very at home .We were able to rest well .The bed and room were very spacious .A Cottage farm rest with great walks through nature .No traffic or noise .You could hear the birds and smell the fresh air .You can drive to Newark or Sherwood forest .Or , stay at Willow tree . Great breakfast. We Highly recomended Willow tree .

Tanya recently purchased this newer building close to the Northgate train station, with two rooms available on the first floor. She lives upstairs. She previously operated in a historic cottage. She is cheerful, a wonderful host. The room was new, spotless. The bed luxuriously comfortable. Back yard available. I loved her dog! The location is walkable to suburban-type shopping.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts, who couldn't do enough for you. The place was very well fitted out to a high standard. They had thought of everything, including providing a wide range of hot drinks for you to make with the facilities provided, which included a Nespresso machine. The decor, carpets and curtains looked brand new and were lovely. The bathroom was perfect and there were toiletries provided. The breakfast was very generous and delicious, and included plenty of fresh fruit. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was good.
