Super clean and cozy room with everything you need. We were 3 adults and the 3-beds room was very spacious. Alan is a very nice host who gave us a lot of great recommendations for beautiful Penzance and the surrounding area. We will definitely come back to Cornwall and Chiverton Guest House!

The Dunedin Guest House is on a road leading to the seafront, with its long promenade and sheltered bay. It is 800 metres from the shops, pubs and restaurants of Penzance town centre.

We enjoyed everything about the property. The location was perfectly situated for our needs as we were travelling by train and bus. Our hosts were knowledgeable about their community and therefore we were able to plan our days by walking to or taking buses to our destinations. Breakfast which was included was perfect with many choices of fruit, yogurt, cereals and cooked breakfast.

We chose this B & B based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. Garrin, Alison and Louise were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spotless and our room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and we had some lovely chats afterwards. My wife has a medical issue with her eyes and this was accommodated for. Thank you. A bottle of champagne was kept in their fridge as it was our wedding anniversary. They even presented us with a box of delicious chocolates to celebrate. It is the perfect place to park. If you want to you can leave the car and catch public transport. Certainly deserves a 5 star rating.
