Affordable and clean. Easy to check in. Host was very kind and helpful. It is a very small room and very close to the airport and nightlife so a bit loud but I had earplugs so it didn’t bother me. Clean drinking water was provided and the shower was hot.

The host were amazing, probably the most gentle and friendly host I’ve had. I broke my ankle and they did their best to cure me. The room was very comfortable with an original decoration. The Wi-Fi is good and the price is more than worth it. Definitely recommend it !

The property was very clean, with nice comfortable beds and all what you need in the kitchen. The breakfast was great and the common area is nicely decorated with useful things like a big map of Guatemala, games , etc. the staff is very friendly and accommodating . The location is perfect and very close to the airport and with security too. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back and recommend.

Great, comfortable place! When booking I didnt quite realize it's a private apartment, but the owner was super kind and very communicative. He was't there the day i visited, but still helped me a lot via msgs and was flexible on payment method when i ran out of cash. Place itself was very clean, secure, cozy and had a lot of thoughtful touches. Thanks much!

I also recommend the 10-bed dorm over the 14-bed dorm. It's much more comfortable and the mattresses seemed better. (Tried both rooms) There are big lockers under the beds which is also a plus!

The hosts are very courteous and helpful. They can go extra length to make your stay comfortable. Big rooms with basic amenities. Drinking water. Soap, shampoo and towel given.
