Great value, great staff, great breakfast. The coffee could be a bit stronger, but free coffee is like that at hostels everywhere. I ended up extending my stay for a week or so and was happy to see a lot of small, positive changes that made my stay even better. It's the best deal on laundry anywhere on the lake that I am aware of. I liked the dorm better than the private room, even though I am an old lady. It's nice to be around young backpackers who are just starting their own excellent adventures. I wish them, the staff, and Panajachel a beautiful, bright future.✌️🐬🌴🌊😚

The hostel is very close to the ferries which was great for us,! We arrived pretty late because our shuttle from Antigua was late as well but that was no problem at all. We booked our shuttle to Flores with the hostel which worked really well and got a reciept and a ticket for the night bus. The room was very clean and so were the shared bathrooms. The owner was really lovely and we felt very safe here.
