A well maintained property. The host Jamin and the other staff are very friendly. It has an amazing view of the fort from the rooftop. They also arrange safari at a nominal price.

Located just 100 metres from the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort, Mud Mirror Guesthouse operates a 24-hour front desk to assist guests at all hours. Free WiFi access is available.

This Guesthouse is located within the Jaisalmer Fort and right next to the Jain temple. It has magnificent views and lovely surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked the budget room and it was more than we expected. The room was very clean and we had our own private balcony. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating to whatever you need. Highly recommend!

Cozy and affordable guesthouse in perfect location. We stayed for three nights in a double room for 600rs/night which was clean and comfortable with balcony sitting area. The staff was friendly and helpful, picked us up from the railway station at midnight for free. They also did not ask or push for any Safari tour, which apparently is common in other budget accommodations. The guesthouse has a rooftop restaurant to relax, we did not try the food but had delicious banana lassi and chai there. Drinking water is available to refill bottles. Hot shower was available during day time (probably solar powered), which was ok for us. Only thing to improve would be the mattress which was a little saggy. But still very good value for money, we’d come again!

I loved the location of the place which is inside the fort and this building is around 600 years old. If you are looking for a local experience this is your place. The staff is so hospitable! It feels like home! This was my second time staying at this place and if i visit jaisalmer again, i will definitely stay here again. And the experience of desert safari with them is the best. They take you to a non-touristic place in the desert, you can cook with them there and you sleep directly under the stars with enough bedding to keep you warm. And one advice, we should also be respectful to the neighbours here as we are staying in their residencial area.
