The owner was very polite and friendly. We were 6 friends. His family welcomed us all with tea and snacks. We had a great dinner party together with the family. Awesome home cooked food. The rooms were very tidy and well maintained. Everything was overwhelming. The best part of the place is the view. It's a 360° Kailash range view. You can see the kinnaur kailash peak as well. You can feel the whole himachali village vibe at the place. Kin(Kinnaur) Vatika, the name itself says it all. They have a small poultry place, cows and sheep. They have such a huge land area where they grow apples and fresh vegetables. Owner's mother offered us different varieties of juicy fresh apples from their farm. We enjoyed our Workation. They have a good WiFi facility. It was one of my best homestays in Himachal. Must visit place!!!!

We had an incredible stay at this location. The hospitality was outstanding, and the mountain view was breathtaking. The best part? You get the entire charming apartment and a lovely balcony overlooking the scenery. Vijay Ji was remarkably down-to-earth and exceptionally kind and helpful. The food was homemade and tasted absolutely delightful.
