Our stay here was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by the host, who speaks fantastic English. The accomodation is the entire 2nd floor and is very roomy. Something about the atmosphere of the house encourages good, sound sleep. "Cozy house" is exactly right. The location is also fantastic... a quick walk to the station, but set in a quiet, relaxing neighbourhood. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting a traditional, relaxing accomodation option.

This is by far the best hostel I’ve been in Tokyo! Satoshi takes good care of his place, it’s clean, super super well equiped (He literally thought about everything!) He takes time to explain everything in details and makes you feel welcome from the very beginning. He has fresh drinks in the fridge right when you arrive for free available! It makes such a good difference. The space invite you to talk to others and I slept very well ( those noiseproof doors are fabulous!)

A fantastic apartment, in a spectacular location, only a 10 minute walk to Ebisu station. With a Lawson's less than 30 seconds away, bus stop at the front door, it was a PERFECT location to base ourselves during our time in Tokyo. Will absolutely look to stay here again on our return to Tokyo.
