Our return to Avalon Village was just as remarkable as the first time! The amazing pool provided hours of relaxation and fun, and the seafood at the restaurant remained consistently outstanding. Its unbeatable location, right on the best spot in town, made every moment memorable. However, what continues to impress us the most is the incredible staff. Their dedication and warm service truly elevate the experience. Avalon Village is a must-visit for those seeking a perfect getaway!

Very nice place with a lovely couple. We felt very welcome and also very comfortable. The room is spacious and very clean. Nice AC and a big bed. We were welcomed with a drink fresh from the fruit from the garden. The garden is calm and beautiful. Good and various breakfast. They drove us to the airport what was very relaxt. Thank you so much for the stay. If we go back to Sri Lanka we will definitely stay here again!

Lovely property with wonderful staff. Nelson (owner) helped us with transportation to and from the property which was much appreciated. We had dinner two out of three nights while there and he is a great cook and serves huge portions. Beach is beautiful and quite calm relatively speaking. Beach beds are available to hotel guests right on the beach.

Amazing ambiance, it’s like coming into an oasis with all the plants and interiors. The couple who owe the place are very friendly and the food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner in their restaurant was delicious. We highly recommend this place.

Camera bella, grande e pulita con anche frigo, teiera e doccia chiusa. Famiglia gentilissima, hanno coccolato e intrattenuto la nostra bimba di 1 anno e mezzo. Piscina stupenda, ambiente grande e molto curato. Possibilità di cenare in struttura con cibo molto buono cucinato dalla moglie. La mattina si può fare un giro sul fiume all’alba con colazione e bird watching, molto tranquillo e rilassante

This is most definitely one of the best places in Sri-Lanka. The host Nilan was very helpful. He drove us around in his car and showed many beautiful places. The room was clean, with good air conditioner and a fully equipped kitchen. Hotel territory is well cared for and offers a view on the lake. Boat tours and beautiful lake sunsets are very special and will be a nice bonus to your stay. We felt like home with the host family. They even cooked traditional Sri-Lankan food for us! Nilan knows the island very well and can drive you to a tea factory, moonstone mine, turtle rescue center and other places. If you ever in Sri-Lanka - don't miss out, stay at Sun Kiss Lagoon Hotel. You will not be disappointed.
