James, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was not only comfortable but also tailored to my needs. The staff is incredibly wonderful, responsive and lovely, I also got a free upgrade to an apartment (booked a room)! The bed was so comfortable, has AC, a kitchen with appliances, couch, separate bedroom, very clean and a balcony! I enjoyed the rooftop pool as well, and having an elevator if you have heavy luggage is so helpful. Thank you for everything :)
