The location is exactly as mentioned, right on the beach. The room is spacious and clean. With the restaurant (Mama's Foodhouse) next door, we had no worries about getting food. Some more it's tasty. Apparently it's well recommended by everyone and rated mostly 5* on google review. Staying at Home Away gives us priority to have a slot (pre-order) because the restaurant always busy especially for dinner. With a young daughter, it makes our life easy. Overall great stay, food and family time. Highly recommended.

It felt local and not touristy at all. We had the beach to ourselves. Rooms had everything we needed and so close to the beach. Swimming at the beach was fun and safe for the kids. Our host Zhafery was the best and helped make our stay absolutely brilliant. The locals were friendly and welcoming and the restaurants were good.

Lovely walk up the path to a large, spacious hut with great balcony overlooking the garden. Staff and locals are so welcoming and helpful and the beach is beautiful and easy to swim, even at low tide. We had a fabulous jungle walk over the hill to Monkey Bay as well. We thought it would be a normal village homestay but turned out it was beyond our expectation! The vibe is cozy, and we really love the bistro! A nice place for relax! The Bushman and his family are great hosts, we did a few trips … snorkelling was amazing we saw baby sharks and turtles. We also saw baby turtles being released from the sanctuary … such a great place it was very relaxing to stay for a week. Great price too!ClareFamily with young children

Everyone is so nice and the diving experience was great. We did a open water diver course with Rudy and are now addicted to diving:) the food at the beach was so tasteful and all the locals were so nice.
