They pay attention to every detail and dedicate their time to sharing information with each guest. The place is clean, well-kept, the place where breakfast is served is very comfortable and warm. Everything. Kathmandu Peace Guesthouse was our base camp while staying in Nepal. There is a great hospitality, the stuff is very friendly and helped to organize different kinds of excursions. We had a spacious, clean room. Kathmandu Peace Guesthouse is located in a quiet side street, has a nice roof top garden with view to Swayambhunath and multiple breakfast/lunch/dinner opportunities in the neighborhood.

I was a little apprehensive at first as this was my first time in Kathmandu and I was on my own but the whole family were unbelievably kind, caring, helpful & accommodating right from the start. They immediately made me feel so comfortable. They even showed me cool spots around the city which tourists wouldn't get to usually see / know of and were always quick to recommend other lesser known / less touristy places to visit / eat as well as the major cites. They even offer a full tour of the city at an exceptionally good price which includes transport. Whenever I were to message they would respond instantly with the utmost help. I also loved going up to the terrace in the mornings to stretch and soak up the morning sun - it really gave a really great perspective of the city and was very peaceful. The house was very quiet in the evenings and everyone was very respectful. Last but not least the price was exceptionally good value for money. I can't recommend this place enough. Being slightly further out from the very centre of the city (still close enough), I felt, gave me a much more authentic experience of the city where I could integrate myself more easily with the locals and form more genuine authentic connections with them.

Beautiful family home complete with a wonderful kitchen. They were even fully stocked on spices! Aman was an extremely generous and accommodating host. There is a terrace with a gorgeous view where I had the pleasure of watching the sunset. I would absolutely love to come back. I recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy serenity in Kathmandu.

Nice and cosy stay, with a kind and warm family. Location is easily accessible (near Swayambhunath temple). The hosts accommodated us to cook in their kitchen. Also had a car service for sightseeing. They also helped and ensured we reach our next destination safely. If you are looking to stay in Kathmandu, this is a great place!
