The location is a huge plus, hidden from the busty Mancora allowing to take a breath and just relax, the beach is just few steps away which gives an opportunity to enjoy the place fully. Though what's more important - it's the people that make the atmosphere, and the whole staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. The hostess was super nice even though we woke her up after arriving on the night bus. There were plenty of hammocks to lay on and it was a short walk to our favorite part of the Mancora beach. Rooms were clean and surprisingly cool with just a fan. Other reviews mentioned mosquitos and the owner was very attentive about trying to keep them away, but I didn’t think they were bad and didn’t get bit once. It was also super quiet. We had someone staying above us and didn’t even realize it until we saw him walking down the stairs. The neighborhood was also much more interesting than the touristy part of town.
