We could leave our luggage in the morning before check in and in the afternoon after check out without any problem, the guy who attended us was very nice and friendly. The building is very well located in the centre of Funchal and the price was perfect for this accommodation and the time of the year.

The room was very clean and convenient. The check in and check-out procedure was electronic and easy. The appartment is is located in the city centre so everything can be reached by a short walk. (Beach, shops, restaurants, main street,...). We have got a bottle of red wine which was a nice surprise. Thank you very much. (Only the parkin can be problematic like in any other crowded city in the world. We were prepared to it that is why we take back the rental car when arriving to Funchal.)

We had an amazing stay at this comfortable apartment! Central location to the market across the street and grocery stores and bus and the waterfront promenade. It felt like we were locals going to the grocery store and taking the bus, not like tourists! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We loved it! Jose was a wonderful host and he was in touch with us from the moment we landed at the airport and any time we had a question he was quick to answer all of our questions! We didn't have a problem with noise from the market early morning but we always travel with a white noise machine so we didn't hear anything. We found the bed super comfortable. We were there for almost 2 weeks and cannot wait to go back to Madeira and hope that Jose's apartment is available when we do!! Thank you so much Jose!!

the location is in the very center, it was quiet, there is an elevator, the rooms were not cleaned, but after 2 days they put a bag with towels under the door. very convenient entrance to the house and room using a code, there was no key, there was tea, coffee, sugar in the room.

The room was comfortable and inviting. The shower was hot. Room tidied every day plus fresh towels. Breakfast was awesome, and the service staff were very friendly. The restaurant serves throughout the day so I enjoyed a few meals there. The location provided a great view over the city of Funchal. There was a carpark on-site plus the square was empty at night, so could park there. It's next door to cable car and Monte palace, two of Funchals' main attractions. Finally, there is the 22 bus outside the door if you don't rent a car.

The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular! Sunrise the whole of Funchal wakes up below you. Paolo the owner and host was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The bed was super comfortable. Bus stops nearby with a 10-15 minute trip to the old town of Funchal. A big supermarket five minute walk from the hotel. Kettle and bar fridge in the room.
