The owner was really toughtfull and helpful, always asked if she could do something to improve our stay.

The fact that the hotel is new and all the facilities are new was the main reason to choose this hotel. Very comfortable rooms: beds, bed linen, towels all very good. Breakfast is very good, plenty of food to choose from. Aline and her mother, the owners are very kind and helpful.

Situated in Japaratinga, Parada IT has a bar, garden and terrace. Private parking is available free of charge. At the guest house, the rooms are fitted with a balcony. Greaaaat place , super clean , great breakfast . Do not hesistate just BOOK IT. - Dania and her husband the owners are just so sweet and always ready to help - They welcomed us with a coconut water and I found it special. - The beach is some m away very close and sunrises there are amazing .. The beach is not the best one in the area but u can still relax there. - They provide towels for the swimming pool, - the wifi is perfect and as a bonus we had NETFLIX ! The bathroom is big , no smell , very clean, warm water. AC functionning perfectly and the room is spacious and comfortable. -When you arrive they give u a small kit with the map , wifi code , keys , towel control which means they are super organized and love details. - Big parking lot in front of the property , super safe. U feel home ❤️ (- U have to have a car otherwise you cant do anything around ) We came for 2 nights we ended up staying 3 !
