This was a very good value! 3 bedroom, all with beds for 2 made it perfect for us traveling with our adult children and their significant others. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Nice neighborhood, removed from the main part of the city, but an easy drive to everything.

Not only did they pick us up at the train station but also made themselves available for all of our needs. They used maps to help us navigate the town and shared details on places to go and places to eat. Knowing that I wanted to see Northern Lights, Celine spent over an hour outside with me showing me where and how to take photos. An amazing experience I will never forget and am deeply thankful to her for doing this. Their home is immaculate and replete with all kinds of photos and local artifacts. It was a wonderful experience for us. We will definitely stay there again when we return. And we will let others know of their lovely home.

We didn’t worry about our vehicle because it was in a nice neighborhood. It was quiet and we will definitely stay there again.

Bears Den II is a cozy, comfortable, spotlessly clean place to call home when staying in Churchill. Well appointed with comfortable furniture, very comfy beds and pillows. Dark curtains (helpful if you’re there during the long days of summer!) A thoughtfully and fully equipped kitchen. They really thought of everything! It’s an easy walk into the center of town. Loved my stay!

This is a very unique property that feels a bit like a little resort in the middle of Winnipeg. We had the king suite which was very pleasant and nice to have a private door to the patio area as well as a private bath. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Val was very friendly and accommodating.
