300 metres from Playa de Santa Verónica, BREES is a recently renovated property set in Santa Veronica and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. It's a very quite and laidback place. You'll find time to rest and recover but also to do plenty of sports or to work. If you are into kitesurfing, it's the place to be! Plenty of sites and schools around. Brees itself offers a very nice pool to so proper swimming and and outdoor gym with plenty of weights. There is a working area, which has dedicated WiFi just for this purpose. The entire personel is wonderful and friendly. The food, breakfast as well as lunch and dinner (both offered for 40k per person each, i.e., ~9€), is just delicous and always freshly made. The rooms offer a great view and the bed is very comfy. Transportation is also offered for a reasonable price (or you take one of the busses nearby to Barranquilla or Cartagena).

Situated in Juan de Acosta and only 1.4 km from Playa de Santa Verónica, Cabaña Villa Carmen features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Carmem was an amazing and really kind host , helped me everything I needed . The place is clean and very comfortable . Really recommend staying there.

Boasting quiet street views, La Habitación Perfecta features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 1.1 km from Church of the Immaculate Conception. Wonderful private room with bathroom and fridge/coffee which was a great bonus. The family are so wonderful and helpful, we only stayed a night but it was the perfect stay for our short time in Barranquilla

Words cannot describe the love and warmth from this family. The welcome I received from Vladimir, Andrea, Coco the dog and the cats was incredible. With my limited Spanish I was taken care of with food, drinks, love, connection to kite gear rental and a bus picking me up towards Santa Marta. Enjoy and be aware of the “Tavlacho’s”! with gratitude and love.
