Herzlicher Empfang (auf Spanisch, aber hat mit unseren paar Brocken Schulspanisch bestens funktioniert). Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, mit einer sehr schönen Veranda und zwei Schaukelstühlen und einer Hängematte mitten im Grünen. Wenn man Glück hat kann man von dort aus Papageien beobachten. Es war alles sehr sauber.

This is an exceptional location, not traditional. The house is located in the middle of a coffee farm, not just coffee but all other fruits like banana, sweet lemon, cocoa etc. are available. You will have beautiful view from your room. Jose and Jennifer are very kind hosts, the breakfast and dinners are fantastic. Coffee tour in the property is a must. You can learn a lot about the farm and sustainable agriculture. We had wonderful time.

Die Unterkunft Golfito Maison D'hôtes mit Bergblick in Golfito bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten und einer Gemeinschaftslounge. Kostenloses WLAN ist in der ganzen Unterkunft... Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bekam jeden Morgen einen frischen Kaffee, bereits vor 06:00 Uhr. Die beiden gaben mir viele hilfreiche Tips, um in Golfito was zu erleben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr sauber. Das Zimmer hat alles was ich brauchte, bequemes Bett mit guter und sauberer Matratze, einen geraemigen Schrank und Nachttisch mit Leuchte. Das Gemeinschaftsbad wird nach jeder Benutzung sofort wieder gereinigt. Das gab mir ein besonders gutes Gefuehl. Auf der Rueckseite des Hauses konnte ich die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten und Wald geniessen. Angenehm kuehles Klima, bequeme Schaukelstuehle und Sofas. Einen Abend bekam ich Ceviche, das ausserordentlich gut war. Die Hausherrin kocht sehr gut alles mit frischem Fisch.

Great place in the middle of nature. We can always watch monkeys from our balcony and there's 2 hammocks which is perfect for a couple. There are 2 other rental properties in the compound but we felt privacy as our balcony was opposite the others and facing just nature. Kitchen is equipped enough for simple meals. The swimming pool is nice to have is the Costa Rican heat. Owners are very kind.

It was nice to have a kitchen and the plates/utensils/etc. were well stocked. The location was fantastic, very short walk to the beach. 10-15 minutes? And you are in a quiet area, there's a river and so much wildlife that you can just stare at while you enjoy a meal. Everyone who was staying here was very kind and it was easy to socialize which I find important as a solo traveler. Naturally, this will depend on the group that you get during your travels. There is a workout area, which could be nice. It's minimal but it's better than nothing if you'd like to work out. There's a restaurant that's run as part of the hostel. If you pay cash, you get a small discount as a traveler staying at the hostel. The room I was in had a shelf and drawers to be split among the travelers (1 shelf and ~1 drawer each), which I found to be sufficient and nice. The patio provides a place to dry clothes. There is no AC but there is a fan. I was always comfortable sleeping. It takes a long time for anything to dry here so consider packing clothing that is quick dry. Also, thanks to the humidity on the coast of Costa Rica, it's quite difficult to wear long layers as I typically do while traveling - so as a non-related hotel note I would consider this as you pack and maybe pack more shorts (I only had one pair and regretted it). The staff are incredibly helpful and willing to help you with your planning and the questions you may have about your travels. Sheets are changed daily. I really liked it here and would stay again. I think the value is great for the price. As a reminder for the things I forgot...1 - there are lockers, bring a lock to lock up valuables. 2 -soap/shampoo are not provided for showering, so be sure to bring your own! (And as a note to humidity, bottles of soap/shampoo are better as my soap bar would not dry in my time in Costa Rica) 3 -Towel is not provided, bring your own or be prepared to spend $1 a day to rent

Das Nature house begrüßt Sie in Monteverde Costa Rica, 1,9 km vom Sky Adventures Monteverde und 3,2 km vom Selvatura Adventure Park entfernt. Roy, the owner of the place as well as his family, are super friendly and hostile. They made our stay a really nice experience in a calm environment close to nature!! Roy makes an I creadible pizza that we really recommend you to try. The place is also super close to the adventure parks for the zip lines and the e hanging bridges. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay, the hosts are very nice people and have a cute dog named Coco! The room is small but comfortable with two fans. We could use the kitchen to make our own meals and the bus station is very close. The breakfast was very tasty too!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, konnten im abgeschlossenen Hof oder an der Straße parken. Die kleinen Häuschen sind sehr schön und durchdacht gebaut - Tiny Haus ist natürlich klein. Sehr positiv ist die familiäre Atmosphäre - sowohl die Gastgeber, als auch die anderen Gäste wohnen quasi in einer kleinen Gemeinschaft in ihren Häuschen nebeneinander. Gemeinsamer Frühstücks- bzw. Tee/Kafeeküchenbereich. Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Die Casa Osa de Rio erwartet Sie am Fluss Cortezal, nur 250 m vom Wasserfall Uvita entfernt. Freuen Sie sich auf die Natur mit einheimischen Vögeln und einem tropischen Garten. Die Gastgeberin hatte tolle Tipps auf Lager. (Unbedingt ihrem Rat folgen und den "Hidden Waterfall" besuchen!) Die Unterkunft ist schön im Grünen gelegen und ca. 50 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt ist ein Fluss, in dem man baden kann. Die Küche eignet sich gut zum zubereiten der eigenen Mahlzeiten.
