Ubytovanie Orietta Residencial sa nachádza v destinácii Mindelo 8 min. chôdze od miesta Pláž Praia Da Laginha. I chose Orietta Residencial based on exceptional other reviews, mentioned facilities and friendly atmosphere, and proximity to the Port (for travel to Santo Antao), main streets of Mindelo, and Laginha Beach. In all cases this was a fantastic choice. The Italian couple who run Orietta, and their team, are unbelievably friendly and helpful with a determination to make even the smallest stay perfect. The location is on a quiet street very close to everything, and with an amazing interior courtyard. The top terrace overlooking the pool is a nice relaxed sunny spot for breakfast but also to work and in the evening to have a few drinks during sunset. It is cooler and less rushed and noisy than the rest of Mindelo, away from some of the hassles in town. The room was cool, very tidy, with everything you need, including a marble bathroom with a large, reliable shower. Everything was spotlessly tidy and clean and the terrace area is perfectly designed to allow guests to feel at home and to easily relax. As the hosts also made is possible for me to arrive early (from the airport) and leave late (for the port), I can say with certainty their only focus is the well being of guests. From walking round Mindelo I can also say with certainty they have the best place!

You will have the best view of the Island as it bears mountain, ocean and planes landing on the airport. Jean Pierre the owner is your guest relation rep, the cook, your guide, etc... At night, you will enjoy the sounds of the ocean and you can safely vent around with the locals. It offers a more reserved stay from the noise of the main city Mindelo. Transportation is a bit lacking in and out but renting a car will solve that issue. Breakfast was excellent and local restaurants also offer great menus.

They even prepared us a lunch package early in the morning, because we couldnt have breakfast with them as we had to leave very early.

Offering a terrace and views of the sea, Maderal is set in Mindelo in the Sao Vicente Region. Free private parking is available on site. Some rooms feature a seating area where you can relax. great host & super clean room. There is a nice terras with a nice breeze. good location, city center is 10min walk and the beach is also 10min walk. I was sick during my stay and Filomena made me tea and a 'magic potion'. She was very helpful. Even sick I enjoyed the stay!

Great bed, big rooms, great roof terrace with honesty bar and chill out area, great courtyard with delicious breakfast. Own turtle! A special place, centrally located, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful! You should go there!

Everything ! Spacious Rooms, great location. The staff goes above and beyond. Impeccably clean. I swear the lady was cleaning the walls everyday. You can literally eat off the floor. We arrived a day late because of delayed flight and they kept in contact to make sure everything is ok.
