I really appreciated my stay in Starlight Inn. The place is very quiet, located on the top of a mountain with great views of the Andes; not to mention the company of Rocky (the hostel's llama). Victor Negret, the manager and owner, was so helpful and nice, prepared me delicious and well-served breakfast and dinner with so much care and love. I ended up extending my stay because it was very pleasant. A great plus of Starlight Inn is that you have coffee\tea available at all times and also bikes included in the price. It's just so much value for the money. Thank you for your hospitality, Victor, I'll definitely recommend your place to anyone I know and hope to come back soon.

Hostal Doña Clarita & Vegetarían Food is a recently renovated homestay in Chugchilán, where guests can make the most of its open-air bath and garden. The family were so warm friendly and welcoming. They were funny, lovely to talk to and extremely hospitable! Lovely clean chalet style rooms with balcony and view of the mountains. Amazing value, tasty food, free tea coffee water and banana bread.

Hostal Taita Cristobal is a recently renovated guest house in Isinliví, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. This was day 1 for my gf and me coming from the quilatoa loop trek. We were so tired arriving but was very nice to be welcomed by the staff of this place. The room was simply but that was exactly what we needed; a place to crash after a long days hike. The view from the porch was breathtaking. The dinner and breakfast were awesome. We ordered a couple box lunches for day 2 of the quilatoa loop trek. I couldn't have asked for anything better to fuel us on your trek. Thank you! You guys were great!

Hotel Rosim Cotopaxi features a terrace and a shared lounge in Latacunga. The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views. Wonderful and helpful staff. Helped with local tours, around town and airport shuttles to Quito. Definitely recommend for the area, restaurants and cafe and businesses around, bus station also walking distance. Good wifi/shower/private room. Owners treated me like family and could see everyone felt welcomed there. Would return to!

We stayed here for the sole purpose of meeting Victor to help us plan our Quilotoa Loop trek. He brought everyone together, supplied maps, answered questions and gave us pointers on where to stay and even booked some of our rooms. Thanks, Victor for helping us succeed in getting to the crater!!

Set in Latacunga, Hostel Tierra de Fuego provides accommodation with seating area. Private parking is available on site. The alpacas are sooo cute! Grace is a lovely hostess. Breakfast was delicious- fresh fruit, granola, pancake, eggs, coffee. Dinner was also great- Grace was very conscious of any dietary needs. The room was cosy and warm with a wood stove and many comfy blankets. We enjoyed our stay very much.
