At the beginning shows up a few issues but Miss Guerrero offer us very fast solution. Very spacious place, full equipped kitchen and with filtered hot/cold water dispenser... The staff from the Tour Operator who runs the place went beyond service offering us excellent tours deals and bikes for rent and transfer out to the very early ferry too. We tried the apartment for up to 4 persons with a very low average price per night per person.

Hotel StarFish ligger i Puerto Villamil, bara 5 minuters promenad från stranden. WiFi är gratis. Alla de rymliga rummen har sängkläder och luftkonditionering. I det egna badrummet finns en dusch. We liked everything, bed and pillows were good, shower was great, aircon is clean and silent, room was clean, location is just 5 mins away from main square, and a very friendly owner who helped us with everything, from taxis to booking guides.

I had a big room with a lot of space, huge windows and a balcony (first floor). further the room was really clean and room-service every day. it’s close to the centre and good location. Definitely a good place to stay, high value for the money.

Jackson and Amelia are excellent hosts. They guide you with everything during all your stay. Jackson has special prices of excursions on Isabela. First of all, he awaits you at the pier with a sign with your name on it, something I was not expecting at all. They receive your with a coffee or tea and after leaving your stuff in the room, Jackson shows you around the Puerto Villamil. The room had all the commodities : shower with hot water, air conditioning, tv and a lot of space in the room. The WiFi worked doing its best, although on the whole island the signal is weak. Enough to check the mails and social media as well as making some phone calls (I even had a 2-hours video call).
