We absolutely loved staying at Casa Santa Lucia during our short visit to Baños! The staff members were all extremely kind and welcoming, making sure we had information for activities or tours, breakfast or beverages if we wanted them, and laundry services if needed. The property itself is a little removed from the main part of Baños, meaning it is a much quieter and calmer area, which we loved. It is still a short walk to the bus terminal, main town square, and all of the restaurants/cafes/tour companies. Our room was a nice size with a small balcony and comfortable bed. There was some noise outside with roosters or dogs, but we've found that is relatively unavoidable in Ecuador. We can't recommend Casa Santa Lucia enough - do not miss this lovely spot if you are visiting Baños!

Besides the family is absolutely amazing, really caring all the time and making sure you are in the best conditions to spend a very nice moment & stay. They took us to the city center, organized the cab when we needed... And the 3 dogs are a really nice addition to all this ! I would definitely recommend.

Great place , very kind staff, great breakfast and comfortable room. quiet spacious area right by the river bank . They made our laundry and gave us many extras for very little cost. The room was super clean and the hosts were SO NICE. They came to pick us up when we couldn't find the place and dropped us off in the main downtown area. They have some great stories! The breakfast was also very, very good and always timely. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms pretty nice. One of the owners speaks a lot of English and is a mountaineering tour guide so we had no issues with communication.
