Hotel is very tidy and clean, in a very good condition, including rooms. Comfortable bed with the softest bed linen I've experienced in any hotel. Breakfast was made according to wish and dietary restrictions, appropriate rations and well-tasting. Unless a room in the very center of Baños is a must, this hotel is a gem. Very good value!

They took us to the city center, organized the cab when we needed... And the 3 dogs are a really nice addition to all this ! I would definitely recommend.

The room was super clean and the hosts were SO NICE. They came to pick us up when we couldn't find the place and dropped us off in the main downtown area. They have some great stories! The breakfast was also very, very good and always timely. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms pretty nice. One of the owners speaks a lot of English and is a mountaineering tour guide so we had no issues with communication.
