Amazing location for seeing the tombs and temples. Tayeb is incredibly helpful with all things Egypt not just what’s around Luxor. His hospitality is the best I’ve experienced in all of Egypt. Make sure to have dinner there as it’s the best food I’ve had all trip long. Breakfast is also incredibly filling with a variety of different foods every morning. If you require a driver for anything (I recommend it for sightseeing) ask for Hassan he was a legend. He knew all of the best times to visit places to avoid the crowds and lots of local hidden gems which I would not have found otherwise. The property itself has a pool, small library and many sitting areas. The amount of literature on the surrounding area (half French/half English literature) in the library alone makes the visit worth it. Definitely take an evening or two to read through everything and to pick Tayeb’s brain about the locals tombs. He is a wealth of knowledge. Also on site there is a couple of really well behaved cute pets. The West Bank is quieter than city life on the East but that’s part of the charm. For anyone who is considering going to Luxor I would 10/10 recommend staying here.

Karima House se encuentra en Luxor, a 3,4 km de Valley of the Queens y a 16 km de Museo Luxor. It's a lovely, spacious, cozy, friendly place, very clean, comfortable beds and with amazing sunset view. The staff was helpful and friendly. we feld like we were part of the family. I liked the breakfast too - it was very tasty. We had enjoyable time in Karima house!

Everything, the family were so welcoming and lovely, they helped with everything you needed. Took me into town and took me to a wonderful restaurant looking over the valley of the kings ... amazing people The swimming pool was great and very clean, everything was very clean.

Nos hemos sentido como en casa, nos han ayudado en todo y nos han cuidado muchísimo. Hemos pasado una estancia genial y nos hubiéramos quedado muchísimos días más. Nos han traído batidos de fruta, nos han dado agua, café, fruta fresca buenísima… Nos han acompañado en todo momento. Contratamos los tours con ellos para visitar los templos y fue un acierto total. Karim fue nuestro guía, un experto egiptólogo que nos explicó con todo lujo de detalles todas las curiosidades sobre los templos. Vale muchísimo la pena hacerlo con él. En cuanto a las estancias, habitaciones muy nuevas, limpias y amplias. Tiene piscina y jacuzzi, lo cual es genial para el calor de Luxor. Solo podemos decir muchas gracias por todo y si volvemos a Luxor, volveremos a Yasmin Guest House, sin ninguna duda❤️

The owners Abeer and Austin by themselves rate a six out of five. Kind, open, helpful and generous are words that come to mind. Being raised in Luxor Abbeer’s perspective is invaluable while Austin being an Irish expat really understands what it takes to navigate this challenging environment. The breakfast really sets you up for the day. And they did a great job of accommodating my dietary restrictions. While basic, the accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop communal area is a treat.

Masria and her family were very welcoming and helpful. It was nice to be the only guests and to relax a bit. It was especially nice to be able to have a “meal like home” when we asked. It is the small things that really enhance your experience in new places.
