De accommodatie heeft uitzicht op de zee. this was by far the best accommodation i have ever been to and deserves the best rating i have ever given. the family is so incredibly nice and tries to make your stay as good as possible. you can plan activities with them and all activities are free, whereas at other accommodations in the region you would pay a fortune. we also went to the famous sawa-i-lau caves, which was an experience. the food is incredible. the man knows how to cook and teaches you about fijian cuisine for just 25 dollars a day per person. they also try to show you the culture of the local people, show you nearby villages, schools and churches. an absolute experience! i can recommend this accommodation with heart and joy to everyone. it is not just an accommodation, but a unique experience that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. vinaka and thank you for the great time!

Sunrise Lagoon Homestay ligt in Nanuya Lailai, en biedt accommodatie met toegang tot een tuin. Sommige units hebben een terras en/of een balkon met uitzicht op de zee of de tuin. The host (Lise) is the best, very welcoming and funny!! She will get for you everything you need and always with a big smile! Good homemade food as well, and pig portions! Go to the tea house next to it and take a massage, cheap and really good!! In the other side of the island there is the blue lagoon beach with a bar and shop were you can chill and see the sunset with a cocktail! Sunrise is in the beach right in fornt of the homestay, so wake up early and don’t miss it!! Forget about resort comodities, this is the real Fijian experience!!

Wai Makare Homestay ligt in Naviti Island. Sommige units hebben een eethoek en/of een balkon. Je vindt een privéstrand bij de homestay. Bovendien is er een tuin. Wai Makere Home Stay with heart! A rustic, island living experience in the Yasawa islands of Fiji. Much different than the mainland. Small, remote, and tranquil. We flew into Nadi, stayed 1 night, then bought a round trip ferry through South Seas Cruises, which was a good move. They drop you right out front of the bay at Wai Makare to a small boat transfer. A HomeStay here at this eco-resort is unique. We did both the dorm sleeping in single beds with other guests, and a private room with 2 beds. We prefer the private room as a couple. Kind of like glamping. Some updating is in progress. This is a small eco-resort run by a local family that is on the opposite side of the island from the main village. For example, water is captured in a tank from rain water. The fish we ate for lunch was freshly caught the night before. You can sign up to watch them spearfishing 🐟🎏 Good food is prepared for 3 meals a day. Like 3 diff meals were fresh Wahoo fish fillet, vegetable and egg stew, and chop suey. At the homestay… Good food, good people, and snorkeling that is world class. The wide private beach is beautiful with a coral garden drop off and 100s of fish, 50-70 meters swim from the shore. Unplug as there is not wifi here. This was a plus in our eyes and helped us relax. Take pics and post later :-)

Malakati Village Beach House in Nacula Island biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de bergen en een privéstrand. Alle units beschikken over een terras met uitzicht op de zee. Ik vond het een echte belevenis in Malakati Beach House. Superaardige en gastvrije dorpsbewoners en het eten was heel lekker. Je eet telkens bij een andere familie. Het koraalrif is in 1 woord prachtig, geweldig strand ook! Er is geen wifi, dus verstandig om een lokale simkaart te kopen. Gelukkig mocht ik soms op een hotspot van Philip die de coördinatie van de gasten doet. Er is ook een pre-school op het eiland. Ik wist dat niet, maar het schooltje kan donaties gebruiken. Ook van lesmateriaal.

Yasawa Homestays ligt op een ongerepte locatie aan het strand op het afgelegen eiland Yasawa en biedt een prachtig toevluchtsoord. Het was leuk om het leven in Fiji van dichtbij mee te maken. Iedereen was heel vriendelijk en we voelden er ons thuis. Het verblijf is heel basic en het leven rustig. We genoten van het lekkere eten. Het had wel beter geweest om hiermee te beginnen en nadien naar een resort te gaan.

Voyager Retreat Homestay in Nanuya Lailai biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de zee, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een privéstrand. Er is ook een koelkast en waterkoker aanwezig.

Latui Loft bevindt zich in Savusavu en beschikt over een tuin. Er is een terras en je kunt er gebruik van maken gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Alle kamers bij het pension hebben een balkon.

WAI MAKARE HOMESTAY ROOM 2 is gelegen in Naviti Island en biedt een tuin. De accommodatie heeft uitzicht op de zee. Handdoeken en beddengoed worden bij de homestay verstrekt.

PARADISO HOME is gelegen in Namara, en biedt accommodatie met toegang tot een tuin. Sommige units hebben een eethoek en/of een balkon. Er is elke ochtend een ontbijt beschikbaar.
