Location was excellent, a short walk to the station and local pub. The property is great for those wanting to explore the centre of the Cotswolds. It like we have our own house. There are a big living room with part of kitchen and a bedroom upstairs. Deborah and Mike are nice and helpful. They make sure that we can do the self check in and make us comfortable.

Excellent location, only a short beautiful walk from the centre of town. Great facilities, amazing rooms and the gardens/grounds at Coombe house are stunning. The owner David when out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. One of the best stays we’ve had while travelling. Bourton on the Water is a must see incredible location.

From the outside it looks like a normal barn house but when you step inside you will be mesmerised by its charm especially its common lounge and dining area. Hosts are exceptional and friendly. They have the or one of the best breakfast i have had in my short life. I am a big breakfast eater so ordered 2 sets for myself each day, the omelette is fantastic, similar to other choices. Sorry to the host.

The room was very cosy, with a lovely little corner bed for the toddler. Everyone slept really well. There were plenty of cushions and pillows to get comfy and it was so good having food available in the morning to set us up for the day. Sara offered eggs, fruit, yogurt etc. On top of the cereals and toast already there. We were also treated to a few sweet goodies, which was lovely.
