Room was cosy and clean, everything you can dream of after a day of hiking.

Birchwood Guest Lodge menawarkan akomodasi ber-AC di Balmaha. Wi-Fi gratis dan parkir gratis tersedia di akomodasi. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and they had great recommendations for things to do in the area. Great location, a short walk from the centre of Balmaha and easy access to the trails and beaches. Loved the decor! The porch of the self-catering kitchen was a great place to sit and enjoy the evening sun.

Set in Ullapool, Harbour House has a garden. This guest house offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. The private bathroom is fitted with a bath or shower. Nice to get a complementary whiskey on arrival ! Very helpful staff. Hotel was modern and comfortable and good position to walk in Ullapool

James was very accomodating and helped us with everything,m. Even gave us amazing tips for our next stops in Portree. The guest house has a perfect location near the Atholl Wiskey Distillery, restaurants and town center. The place felt very homey and clean.

Excellent host who was willing to fulfil our special request of a very late check-in - a request that we found very hard to accept by other hotels or guest houses doing in-person check-in in that area. Fantastic breakfast menu you can choose from the evening before. Even better the taste and quantity of served meals we were not able to finish. We had a very short but the better stay at Gowanlea Guest House I would recommend to anybody. If coming back to Balloch and surroundings, definitely going to stay at Gowanlea again.

The host, Elaine, was exceptional. Our room was at the back of the house and nice and quiet. Complimentary sips of whisky and chocolate helped us relax after a terrible travel day. Easy walking to city center and train station. Vegan breakfast was delicious.
