Great location - in the centre so super convenient but on a quiet side street. As a solo female traveler I felt safe in this neighbourhood. The terrace (full of beautiful plants) is wonderful and the view of the lake is magnificent. The room is basic and clean. I stayed in the king room that has direct access to the terrace. It is slightly more expensive than other rooms but comes with private bathroom. And having direct access to the terrace is a great bonus (makes it feel private as well :) ) The owner is around for any questions or advice if needed. Both him and his family are super nice and respect guests privacy. I highly recommend this hostel and would be happy to stay there again if I ever return to San Pedro.

At the top of the hill a few restaurants around so you don’t have to go back down the hill. Spacious room with private access to the roof! Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to see how the locals live and have beautiful views!

Would recommend stocking up on groceries prior to reaching the home. The view was stellar and the house was on a tranquil and serene portion of the lake.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable, with a nice patio to sit out on in the evening. Host cooked a great breakfast and was very friendly, really enjoyed my stay here.
