EXCELLENT air conditioning. Comfy beds. Every little needed item was provided in room. Nice little patio area. VERY cozy. Free city parking very close, about 50feet walk. Always has spots. We used MANY times over 4 days, no issues. Quiet area and Short walk to busy area with everything you might need or want, about 1000feet. Very responsive and friendly owner.
