He provided tips & tricks, printed ski resort information to us when we got down for breakfast. Breakfast each morning was eggs and bacon, provided with a pan where you could fry them yourselves. He gave us a bottle of sake as a present when we had dinner, and even sat with us during our meal, sharing stories.

They gave us the warm welcome when we reach. The lady boss is very considerate and she even upgraded the room for my family. She also introduced the sightseeing spot to us and recommended us the restaurant when we arrived at the apartment. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. The location of the apartment is very strategic. You can reach the town with walking distance.

The owner and the staff were very nice. They helped me bring my luggage to my room and always poured me water when I needed to refill my bottle. They were very helpful in suggesting places to eat and visit. The hostel is very cozy and clean. It can get challenging to go to the hostel from the train station especially when you have a luggage but aside from that, everything was perfect and I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in sapporo :)
