Owner & wellcome she gave to us warm welcome when we reached to the property . Food english Breakfast was very good and owner was made continuously for days delicious sri lankan style foods for us and served. also especially i have to say she was kindful great a women. Room it was large room and has queen size bed and other furnitures. Clean attached bathroom Location & view amazing beach front view and beach entrence.

This was the first week of a 3 week stay in Sri Lanka and we had the most amazing week. The location is perfect and Viraj the host couldn’t do enough for us. By far the cleanest place we stayed in Sri lanka. Highly recommended! The room is basic but really clean! The hot shower, was perfect. It's a quiet neighbourhood. Nice balcony for sitting, good WiFi and excellent breakfast, only 600 rp. Bus/train 10 minutes, the fort 15 minutes walking

STUTHI VILLA is situated in Ahangama and has a pool with a view and pool views. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. I had a beautiful room with an outdoor shower which I loved. The garden is a real oasis with interesting wildlife to spot and it was really relaxing to spend some time by the pool before walking down to the beach. The garden here is really special and the architecture of the building is beautiful. The staff were super attentive.

Saman og familien hans er veldig hyggelige. Veldig god frokost. Enkelt innredet rom med god seng og godt fungerende bad. Saman yter veldig god service, han er hjelpsom og kan ordne det meste for deg. Det finnes wifi på stedet, det kan være ganske ustabilt, noe som er vanlig i hele Sri Lanka. Hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold. Kan også anbefale Sandun, Bara beach Bar & Restaurant og Reggie bar for lunch og middag.

Boasting pool views, Villa Kaya Guest House features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace, around 500 metres from Hikkaduwa Beach. We very much enjoyed our stay here and, as a result, even extended our stay. The location is great (few min from the main road and beach), the accommodation is very clean and the pool was nice. Also, the staff was lovely. Good breakfast. And a great place for spotting wildlife!
