Firstly offer from share Safari Lodge. is cheaper and secondly we had absolutely stunning guide! the guide is the most important on safari and we are very grateful for this.

One of the best acommodations on my trip to Sri Lanka. The location itself is great - not far away from the village center, but still in nice, quiet local road where you can meet lots of friendly local people. The garden in Mango tree house is very beautiful and very well kept! The cottages are super clean, very spacious and beautiful. Loved the waterfall shower in bathroom! The owner family is very friendly and welcoming. You can feel very relaxed there as they help in everything needed. I got my rides organized by the owners which saved my time a lot. Also their dinner was great, one of the best local meals I’ve had in Sri Lanka. Even if they dont have pool, there is one at really near by hotel that the owner directed me to enjoy refreshing swim on a hot day. You only pay small fee to enter the pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Small gem right next to Udalawe Nationalpark. Very cute design, you see Janaka the owner put a lot of heart and soul into this place. He is nothing but friendly and helpful. He organizes everything you need and in his little own restaurant he is offering amazing local food for his guests. Go for early morning safari with Leel and you will be the first to enter the park, see Elephants and enjoy the morning in nature when the park awakes around you. The room has AC and ceiling fan, hot shower water, moskito net (which we actually didn’t need) and is clean. Cute front room serves as a kind of living room and outside patio with a nice place to sit, free games and yoga mats! Elephant Transit home and Restaurants in walking distance. Would always go there again when staying in Sri Lanka! Price-value is top! 10 out of 10.

Peacock Villa Resort está en Udawalawe, a 8,2 km de Parque nacional Udawalawe, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y salón de uso común. We absolutely loved Peacock Villa! The family who runs it is so incredibly kind and friendly. You stay on their property where the meals are home cooked (tbh the best food I had in all or Sri Lanka), they drive you in their keep for the safari and the property itself is beautiful. While sitting on the balcony, we saw a bunch of monkeys crossing through trees. They will also help arrange transportation for you at a great rate considering the distance. I can’t wait to come back here sometime again!

El complejo safari con vistas al jardín se encuentra a 8 km del parque nacional de Udawalawe y ofrece barbacoa y vistas al jardín. The bungalow was very clean, the dinner and breakfast excellent and tasty. Great value for money and they arranged us a nice safari in a comfortable jeep. They also kindly offered us a bottle of water at each meal which is very rare for Sri Lanka. I highly recommand this resort for your Safari
