The cleanliness and the location is just fantastic. It’s better to take a rental car which we usually do. Mauritius is very traveller friendly and you can book one from the airport. The pool was very clean and rooms were spacious. There was complete set up to cook in your villa. We chose not to as we were on a really short trip. Everything was comfortable.

Leslie and Jean are top notch hosts. The overall stay had been wonderful. The location is brilliant, very quite and secluded, yet just 5 min from the main town. I've genuinely had an amazing time and would definitely love to go back!

Exceeded my expectations. The ambience, the location, the nature, the huts, the pool, the breakfast, the room, the calmness, but most importantly the hosts Rawi and Liza were super attentive, positive, kind and generous! This is a hidden gem. Dont miss out. Close to the bust stop, the beach is only 10 minutes walk, close to scuba dive centers, and supermarket. There is an amazing spa next door too. The nature surrounding the bungalows is amazing! The birds signing and the green is blooming. Breakfast was served beautifully in the terrace, super complete, healthy and satisfying. There are a few amazing cats and rabbits that are super nice.

El Chez nous se encuentra a 1,3 km de la playa pública de Grand Baie y ofrece alojamiento, restaurante, bar, salón compartido y jardín. Staying at Chez Nous was truly a wonderful experience a home from home. Joyce and Alias and the boys were brilliant hosts beyond our expectations. Not only did we have a homely experience , we forsure had the best meals ever...Joyce is beyond marvellous...i do not think i have had such delicious food ...the taste so unique. And of course we also were entertained, and saw a Mauritius we have not seen before. Top marks from me.

The host was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the portions were quite large. An additional bonus is the quiet neighborhood and the possibility to park the car in proximity of the guesthouse.
