I booked my stay based on the reviews on booking, it really exceeded my expectations, Charen is just a wonderful flexible host with a great heart. Set 3 km from Taman Gelora, 4.3 km from Heroes Museum and 4.6 km from Masjid Sultan Ahmad Shah 1, Summer Green Lodge provides accommodation located in Kuantan. The owners are very friendly, greeted us whenever they see us and asked if we need anything. It was a very good short stay. The bathroom was quite spacious, water pressure was good. I used the stairs to get tp the upper level, so bear that in mind for elderlies. The parking space was secure, in the vicinity of the house.

Situated in Taman Negara, Balai Serama Guesthouse offers tranquil and comfortable accommodation. Surrounded by lush greenery, it features a restaurant and provides free parking space on site. We took a morning stroll in the garden, then enjoyed our breakfast by the river; the host Ijat saw to all our needs, from arranging rain forest activities, sending us there and picking us up , many times, to laundry, to little chats…adding comfort to every aspects of our stay. Food is good.

The location is exactly as mentioned, right on the beach. The room is spacious and clean. With the restaurant (Mama's Foodhouse) next door, we had no worries about getting food. Some more it's tasty. Apparently it's well recommended by everyone and rated mostly 5* on google review. Staying at Home Away gives us priority to have a slot (pre-order) because the restaurant always busy especially for dinner. With a young daughter, it makes our life easy. Overall great stay, food and family time. Highly recommended.
