I stayed 2 different times at the start and end of my trip. both were great! the property has a cute garden area with pool, lovely breakfast options and the room was clean and cozy. the staff are so friendly and helpful! they helped me get a taxi and figure out bus details to get to Managua.

Here, you come as a guest and feel like family! The house is huge, the neighborhood is very nice, kids out and playing until late, and it is a 20 minute walk to the main square of Leon. (There's also a c$6 bus that stops outside the front door, and taxis are about c$50). You get a look into parts of the town that are not the center. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the Wi-Fi clocked in at 50Mbps so easily fast enough for Zoom calls and the like. If you have an oversized vehicle, there is a secured lot around the corner (in front of the basketball court) that charges c$30/day. The on-site garage will handle regular vehicles.

Large and fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. The pool was ideal to cool off in. Good location. We arrived too early at around 11am and were able to hang around and use the pool etc until check in time.

Really nice accommodation, felt more like an air B&B. Location was great right on the beach. Had to walk up the beach a bit for easier waves but waves right outside the door for more advanced surfers. The vibe was amazing , everyone , guest , staff, volunteers all so welcoming and warm! The room was so clean and they gave us fresh towels and clean bedding each night (we stayed for 2 nights). The shared bathroom felt more like a private one and was only shared with one other room. The location was great with a short walk to the center and lots of restaurants close by. The owners were wonderful and welcoming. We had to leave at 2am for our shuttle and they kept the door open so we could leave easily.

I liked everything about this lovely hostel, from the breakfast choicest to the wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. My room was spacious with a large private bathroom with large shower (NOT suicide shower lol) and every effort was made to make the room accommodating for a long stay. They also treated my dogs like their own, which was important to me. There is a nicely decorated outdoor patio where I spent a lot of time, enjoying the cooler air. On weekends, a small kiddie pool was brought in which was great.

There are a lot of potential in this place. The room was a bit outdated and needs refurbished. Breakfast started at 8 and that was a bit late for our needs but they were very flexible and we got breakfast earlier. Friendly staff.
