Me and my friend stayed one night in Hostal Brisas Ometepe on our way to Ometepe Island and everything was perfect! The owners were the most caring and kind people. They welcomed us to their home in the most lovely way and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room and the whole house was really beautiful and clean. In the morning Max took us with his car first to buy a sim-card we need and then to the ferry. This was honestly one of the best places we have ever stayed! Thank you so much!! :)

They helped us arrange transportation on our day trips, made sure we are safe and not over charged. They prepared us possibly the most delicious breakfast ever! The room was super clean, it had AC but even without it, it had a very nice temperature. The beach is a 3-minute walk away so are shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

We were looking for a natural, simple and above all true place. Here we found it, Jose' the owner, a wonderful person. Priceless view of the volcano. We absolutely recommend it!!!

Ananda Guest house is located on the slopes of the Maderas Volcano on Ometepe Island, 19 mi from the port of Moyogalpa. Beautiful location. Walking distance to main road with some nice restaurants within 30 mins. Information booklet in the room was helpful. Help to rent mopeds, organise transport, guides etc. The room was spacious, bed was really comfortable, hardly any creepy crawlies (this is a complaint from many of the eco lodges). Good wifi. 2 fans which was nice. Good shower pressure and temperature.

Definitely the nicest rooms and gardens in all of Ometepe! Beautiful private balcony and many lovely dogs living there. The bed was the most comfortable in all my travels in Nicaragua I think, with quality sheets and a comforter and two big windows for a nice breeze. There’s a few restaurants nearby but they also offer a delicious breakfast on site. I loved the decor and the place was spotless. The location is remote but perfect walking distance to do the kayak tour of the river. If you’re a dog lover and go to Playa Mangos to do the kayak tour please take a bag of dog food, I’ve never seen so many skeletal dogs, they will appreciate it

Red Pepper Popoyo Guesthouse is only 50 meters away from the beach, Offering a rooftop terrace and views of the sea, Red Pepper Popoyo is located in Popoyo, 2.8 km from Salinas. great place, clean and well maintained , and a short walk to the beach. the rooms are very comfortable and the terrace with the hammocks is amazing ! hosts are super nice and must mention the amazing curry they make every week

Set in Moyogalpa, Casa de Gio offers free WiFi and units fitted with a kitchenette and seating area. Some units have a dining area and/or a patio. we really enjoyed our stay at casa gio. The rooms are super clean and the staff is really friendly. Always ready to help if you have questions. A big plus was the fully equipped kitchen we could use. definitely would recommend the place!

Four Trees is located on a hilltop with million-dollar views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Our room was spacious and comfy. The communal kitchen is well-appointed. The wifi coverage is excellent. Poppy the dog and Blimp the cat are adorable ambassadors. Louis, Nick, and the team are friendly and extremely responsive. This is a special place to return to after a day of adventure in San Juan. It is also an incredible value.
