Great location, short taxi ride from airport, flight arrived @ 2:30am. Tahia had left the outside light on for us and the room felt cosy when we arrived. We felt welcomed. Tahia even kindly gave us a ride back to the airport the following morning so we could collect our rental car. There is a local bakery that is a short walk down the hill so you can grab some pastries and coffee for breakfast on the run. Awesome place to stay for a short stop.

We stayed for two weeks in French Polynesia and in some fancy hotels. However, this place was by far the best in terms of feeling welcome and feeling the warmth of Polynesian people. The bungalow is super clean, modern and has a range of cooking facilities. The host prepared us some wonderful dinner for a very reasonable price that we enjoyed with a most beautiful view of Papeete. The host also picked us up at the airport and dropped us off again in the middle of the night for our flight home. It was just the perfect way of finishing our holiday.

The owner was very kind and considerate. My wife needed a wheelchair access and the owner went out of his way to make a ramp for me.

Set in a tropical garden with large outdoor swimming pool, Le Relais Fenua is located just 250 metres from the beach. Each room features a TV, private bathroom and private terrace. Rooms, pool and grounds were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check in time was flexible and late check out was available to meet your schedule. Morning breakfast was very good.
