Can’t say enough good things about this place. The owner is so nice and helpful with everything you need. Location is great, just about a 5 minute walk from Chiang Khan walking street, and the garden setting is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are beautiful as well. On the first morning we had a huge plate of fruit and snacks waiting on our front porch, and all day free coffee station and free use of bicycles make this place the best value for the price. You have the option to have your room cleaned everyday, which we chose not to, and we still got fresh towels, soaps and water bottles every morning. Ended up staying here an extra night because we loved it so much.

Welcome holiday ligger i Chiang Khan, i området Chiang Khan Walking Street. De luftkonditionerade rummen har flodutsikt och har garderob och gratis WiFi. Amazing super friendly staff that looked after her guests very well. Though language barrier compromised first-hand information, her hospitality is impeccable. Breakfast provided was more than sufficient and delicious, especially the congee :) the location is probably not at the centre of walking street or by the river, but it is not too far to walk or there are free bikes to use too. The price is good value for the services you receive. I will definitely stay here again.

WiFi was good (important near the mountains). Refrigerator, aircon, fan, strong hot water. Everything clean. Location is an easy fifteen-minute walk from the main street in Phu Kradueng town, where there is a big line-up of sit-down open-air food places, a 7-Eleven, other stores, and an excellent coffee shop (บ้านเค้ก กาแฟสด) that makes really good cakes on the premises. The staff is not English-speaking. They use Google translate on their phones, but are efficient. They did my laundry, and found me transport. If you are climbing Phu Kradueng mountain, this is a good base. Also, one of the staff ladies gave me some bananas as I left!
