I loved it. The couple who ran the place, Nong and Joy, were fantastic. They helped me settle in and due to the late hour that I checked in, Joy offered to make dinner for me and also gave me a fruit platter with mangoes and watermelon. Simply delicious. The Kung Nok Tha Resort - a TOP address I highly recommend the resort!! We stayed there for a few days and were absolutely thrilled: The location directly on the small river is magical and the beautiful bungalows are built in a great bamboo grove. It really comes up with a jungle feeling. The food was very tasty and authentic, real original Thai cuisine. Chef Wirot was incredibly helpful in all matters: shuttle service, great tips for excursions (including his scooter) and even took us on a private Sun Rise tour in the jungle. The food, cooked by Wirot's wife, was very tasty and authentic - real original Thai cuisine. If you want to experience the original Thailand, this is the place for you: we were the only foreigners there. We will visit the Khao Luang again and then definitely again at Wirot in the Kung Nok Tha Resort.

Om the owner is amazing, so friendly she really helped me and I totally appreciate everything she did. If 11/10 were possible that wd be the mark!!
