My parents stayed here as they were visiting Koh Samet for the first time. The owners were absolutely the best. Super nice couple who helped in any way they could, including with transportation to the pier. My mum was amazed about how cleaned the place was. Super comfortable and such a good price. 5 min from the pier. Def recommend!!! Super easy to communicate with the owners. Book it. You will not regret it.

The Swiss owner went above and beyond to assist in any way he could I had a medical incident whilst staying there was no argument immediately off to hospital to get sorted I could not have been in better hand s the villa was short of nothing we had resort to our selves on most days we came here as guests but left as friends the food was amazing we did not get ripped off . Rito s assistant Tik she became our go to girl never a problem whatever we wanted we were accommodated my wife. Asked Tik could she get shown Thai cooking lessons not a problem came as guest went as friends Tik tips to Kathy were amazing from spring rolls to pad Thai and other Thai favourites were on the menu I tried to buy Tik a drink and got shooed away rito and Tik make this little piece of Rayong special not far away from beach so we taxid too and from everywhere and no trouble just call them and Tik arrives

Very spacious property in a busy area but such a quiet location. Attention to detail, the owner had really thought of everything guests might need. Communication was excellent and cost very reasonable.

Rec Art (House of recycle+Art), a guest house situated on Ko Samed, about a 10-minute walk from both Ban Phe and Na Dan Piers. It offers free WiFi and rooms with a balcony. Really nice place to stay in Koh samet. The owner is very kind. All the things you need are in the accommodation. It's big, well decorated and confortable. The location is perfect : close to the beach, shops and restaurants and also quiet in a small alley.

Very close to the beach with nice view over the sea. The manager was very attentive and nice. She helped me with everything I needed and made my stay very nice.
