The entrance is a nice coffee and tea shop. The host, Charlie, while his English is limited but always could communicate with him using Google Translate. He is friendly and nice. This property is close to Beer Street, has a lot of eateries, and just opposite got a very nice local coffee shop. Highly recommended.
