Quite nights due to the location in a back alley (follow the sign), yet super central. Very helpful and attentive English speaking brothers running the place, offering a great service including suggestions of restaurants, a perfect laundry service and last but not least the great coffee downstairs! Go and stay there, you‘ll like it.

For the money this place is outstanding! Close to all the craziness of Bui Vien walking street and far enough away if you want to escape the offers of massages and 2 for 1 drink deals. Small rooms but they are well thought out and contain everything you need for a city base.

We loved the room very much and the color of the room and the decoration did give us a feeling of going back to the old time of Saigon. The room that I booked was on the second floor and an inner balcony with a small table. The location of the house is just 5 minutes walking to the art gallery and 15minutes walking to the church.
