Was staying with Cam and Hung over the Têt holiday, so many things in the area were closed. The room was big, clean, and had a large bathroom. The latter some days, including a lucky little gekko 😅 Nice little balcony. Had my laundry done at a very reasonable price and it was ready within less than 24 hours. Beach was very close, but unfortunately, the weather wasn't really beach weather. Only a short Grab ride from the old part of Hoi An, or you can rent a bike from Cam for a day. They have 2 lovely cats and a very friendly dog, so don't be afraid of them. Cam, Hung and their 2 kids (Sue and Phuc) were so lovely. And I even got to join them on one of their family outings during Têt, to meet all the uncles 😅 - be careful if the uncles offer you Banana-rice wine! That drink is STRONG.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed, and we really loved the patio with a sofa overlooking the pool. Each morning, we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. Huyền’s recommendations and help, from scooter rentals to dining spots and even a fantastic massage at Kim Men Spa, made our trip unforgettable. Plus, the convenience of beachside service and laundry made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Local Beach Front Villas for a perfect getaway in Vietnam. Enjoy! Die Unterkunft Chàm’s Corner Lookout Homestay & Restaurant mit Meerblick in Tân Hiệp bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten, einer Terrasse, einem Restaurant, einer Bar und einem eigenen... The best escape from the hustle and bustle in Hoi An you can imagine. Cham Islands is definitely worth staying over. We stayed 1 night, allowing us to have the beaches to ourselves after the day trippers left. Loved the laid back island life! It's the kind of place that is not totally ruined by tourism yet. Our host made us feel welcome immediately. She can arrange everything you need and is a great cook as well. We stayed 1 night, had dinner/breakfast/lunch, hired a scooter, borrowed snorkeling gear for free, and got to shower in the family's bathroom after check-out. The rooftop has a nice view over the harbour and should be great at sunset if there are no clouds... The host's honesty, service mindset, and authentic gratitude of having tourists over at her place is what sets this place apart. I already advised people on the boat on our way back to Hoi An to go back to the island and stay over. No need to look any further, just book here!

It was near the old city, but not too close - so you stay from the old town in walking distance. The rooms and facilities are standard in our opinion - but what makes the difference is the family you’re staying with. Ninh and her family gave us a service like no other, and we felt great hospitality and warmth from the moment we checked in. They make a great breakfast too!

Breakfast was very nice.

Rooms are lovely with a small balcony, great location, very clean, swimming pool is amazing! Staff are lovely and helpful. No breakfast at the property but this is not an issue as there were lots of places within less than 2 min walk. 10-15min into old town. I have recommended to friends coming to Vietnam and would definitely stay here again.
