Situated within 300 metres of Cua Dai Beach and 1.6 km of An Bang Beach, Cua Dai Beach Homestay features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hoi An. Was staying with Cam and Hung over the Têt holiday, so many things in the area were closed. The room was big, clean, and had a large bathroom. The latter some days, including a lucky little gekko 😅 Nice little balcony. Had my laundry done at a very reasonable price and it was ready within less than 24 hours. Beach was very close, but unfortunately, the weather wasn't really beach weather. Only a short Grab ride from the old part of Hoi An, or you can rent a bike from Cam for a day. They have 2 lovely cats and a very friendly dog, so don't be afraid of them. Cam, Hung and their 2 kids (Sue and Phuc) were so lovely. And I even got to join them on one of their family outings during Têt, to meet all the uncles 😅 - be careful if the uncles offer you Banana-rice wine! That drink is STRONG.

Huyền’s recommendations and help, from scooter rentals to dining spots and even a fantastic massage at Kim Men Spa, made our trip unforgettable. Located near Bai Lang Beach and Bai Ong Beach, Chàm’s Corner Lookout Homestay & Restaurant is in Tân Hiệp and provides free private parking and a restaurant. The best escape from the hustle and bustle in Hoi An you can imagine. Cham Islands is definitely worth staying over. We stayed 1 night, allowing us to have the beaches to ourselves after the day trippers left. Loved the laid back island life! It's the kind of place that is not totally ruined by tourism yet. Our host made us feel welcome immediately. She can arrange everything you need and is a great cook as well. We stayed 1 night, had dinner/breakfast/lunch, hired a scooter, borrowed snorkeling gear for free, and got to shower in the family's bathroom after check-out. The rooftop has a nice view over the harbour and should be great at sunset if there are no clouds... The host's honesty, service mindset, and authentic gratitude of having tourists over at her place is what sets this place apart. I already advised people on the boat on our way back to Hoi An to go back to the island and stay over. No need to look any further, just book here!

Boasting city views, HOIANIAN CENTRAL VILLA provides accommodation with free bikes, a garden and a terrace, around 700 metres from Japanese Covered Bridge. It was near the old city, but not too close - so you stay from the old town in walking distance. The rooms and facilities are standard in our opinion - but what makes the difference is the family you’re staying with. Ninh and her family gave us a service like no other, and we felt great hospitality and warmth from the moment we checked in. They make a great breakfast too!

Vincent's House provides accommodation located 600 metres from the centre of Hoi An and offers an outdoor swimming pool and free bikes. The host Mr Vincent and his family were very friendly. He will guide you on everything in Hoi An and will arrange scooters, taxi and anything else required. The property is well maintained. Breakfast was very nice.

Featuring pool views, Alley Garden Homestay Hoi An offers accommodation with pool with a view, free bikes and a garden, around less than 1 km from Japanese Covered Bridge. The homestay is amazing! Great facilities, nice pool, delicious breakfast, free bikes (New ones). The owners are so kind, they invited us for lunch with them, and always pampered us with snacks and bottled water. It is also a cafe, so you can get delicious smoothies or hot drinks at any time. We definitely recommend it!

Located in Hoi An, 600 metres from Hoi An Historic Museum and 600 metres from the centre, NaFaLa Homestay provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and an outdoor swimming pool. Rooms are lovely with a small balcony, great location, very clean, swimming pool is amazing! Staff are lovely and helpful. No breakfast at the property but this is not an issue as there were lots of places within less than 2 min walk. 10-15min into old town. I have recommended to friends coming to Vietnam and would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant room with plenty of space, and an exceptional balcony. Very well located in a quiet street (easily walkable to the old town). The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful! Very attentive during our stay and often gave us tips about places to go to have a coffee/food/visit, and it's really worth it! :)
