I loved the location it is some steps from main square, the staff was always helping me when I asked Information, it is a quiet place and a very nice people. The bed was comfortable and good and have good showers for warm city like Santa Cruz.

+ 24h reception, as a result we could arrive at 05:00 and somebody opened the door.
